Urine Gone is Great for Cleaning Up After Your Pet
56
Having pets is a wonderful aspect in life. They bring so much joy and laughter, along with spills, messes and accidents. Many times, no matter how much we try to avoid them, accidents happen. The new dog decides to use the fluffy, white carpet as his or her personal potty. When this happens you immediately clean the mess up, blotting it with towels to remove the urine, however later do you still notice the smell of urine in the carpets? It is difficult, if not almost impossible to remove the smell despite cleaning up the mess immediately. There are numerous products out there on the market that claim to remove the smell and appearance of urine from carpets, however with all of the different choices out there, which is the best product?
Urine Gone is one of the products out there that claim to be the solution to such accidents. The product claims to remove the smell of urine from carpet and upholstery, as well as removing the stains of the urine from carpet and upholstery. I personally put the product to test against my two dogs, one who is not fully house trained yet, and found the product to deliver on its promises. I have tried numerous products out there and what I liked about Urine Gone was one, the fragrance. Some of the other products out there leave such a strong fragrance that it was sometimes just as bad as the smell of urine. Urine Gone has a light fragrance which to me signifies that the product is actually working on the smell, not just covering it up.
Secondly I liked that Urine Gone did not require constant scrubbing. Many of the other products I have tried require that I sit there and scrub the spot. With Urine Gone spray you simply spray the spot and let the product do its magic. No scrubbing or getting hands dirty required. However, I did find that on spots that were pretty old, I did have to scrub a bit, which is to be expected.
Urine Gone also claims that by using the product prevents your pet from using that area as their personal potty area again. After using the product in the main area the dogs tend to use, I have noticed that they do not use that area anymore. This is a huge plus for the product!
Though I completely recommend the Urine Gone stain remover, there are a few disadvantages. For starters, on many of the old urine stains, it required more than one application. Which is a hassle; however after about three applications the stain and smell were completely gone. So it was well worth the extra effort. The only other disadvantage I could find is that the product is not carried in any stores that I could find. The product has to be ordered over the phone or off the internet. Which, if ordering more than one bottle at a time, and then re-ordering before you run out should be no problem. It will just require careful planning.
Urine Gone is a great product for anyone who has pets. It is safe to use around the entire family, so there is no need to worry about them from being hurt from use of this product. Though it has a few disadvantages, it is for the most part a remarkable product that performs to every standard it claims. You can buy Urine Gone online through www.asseenontv.com, and refills can even be purchased through www.amazon.com. If you have a pet, this is a must-have product to keep on hand.
